When my husband and I decided it was time to look for a house we knew there were many options to consider. So we began the daunting task of finding our home. As we began our search we realized that so many of the houses for sale in our price range would either need a lot of work or were too small and we lost a little hope. Our search came to a little stand still because we didn't know if we would be able to find something. At this time we had some good friends tell us to check out Adair Homes. They lived in an Adair Home and loved it. We thought why not give it a try so we drove up to Woodland to visit the model home.
When we arrived at Adair Homes we were greeted by a nice man named Brad Danielson who welcomed us and offered to show us the model home and answer any questions we may have. I will tell you walking through that home was great, my husband and I could look at different finishes and even see what was behind the walls. It was great to see the quality work that went into these homes. We spent a couple of hours there that day looking at the model home on our own and with Brad who was so knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to answer so many questions (because I am a question asker!) and shed much light on the whole Adair building process. We left there with endless possibilities forming in our minds.
From that day on we had a different direction that we were able to go - build our own home. Adair made that possible with their options and prices. Brad continued to work with us as we searched for and found property that worked for us. He answered my calls and yes, my endless questions before we even committed to anything. He helped me figure out what we needed to do step by step so the overwhelming process was a little easier.
Then the real work began - choosing our home and options. I cannot tell you how much I talked to and emailed back and forth with Brad, and he never failed to help us, give advice, and answer anything and everything I asked of him. My husband and I spent many hours with Brad going over our choices and making decisions. He was so helpful and always patient throughout that time and it actually made it fun for us. We ended up with a plan for a house that we knew we would love.
Listening to our friends and going to Adair Homes was a great decision. We are now getting a brand new home with everything we chose to put in it. We are so thankful for Brad and how hard he worked and continues to work to help us plan for our home. He is making the process very smooth and because of that we would recommend and really encourage others to choose Adair Homes, and if you're lucky maybe you will get to work with Brad as well.
