I have been a customer here for some time now, and have always been very happy with the quality of service and repairs provided by the Cedar Falls Automotive crew. In a world where you just never really know how you are going to get treated, it is refreshing to find a shop that I am comfortable with and can trust to take care of my car so I have one less thing to worry about. Anybody who says differently about these folks is very wrong.

My 19 year old son and his friend were headed from Calgary AB Canada to a concert in Seattle with my wife's SUV. They broke down on I-90 at the Snoqualmie Pass. Todd's Towing recommended Cedar Falls Automotive for the repair. We had diagnosed it as a failed alternator.
Todd's Towing took the vehicle to the shop today at about 10 am, by 12:30, the alternator was replaced and our son was back on the road. Needless to say, we are all very impressed.
