Pretty impressive
We have a family doctor elsewhere -- whom we love -- but it can be difficult to get in to see him on short notice. So my wife has had occasion to take my kids here on more than one occasion when some kid-related injury or malady befell them. She really liked this clinic, and Dr Steele in particular.
I finally had the 'opportunity' to check them out for myself. I had a very bad allergic reaction to something that made me turn red and swell up like a bizarro Pilsbury Doughboy. When I showed up unannounced on a Friday morning, they took me in quickly, not even worrying about getting all the insurance, payment, et al, stuff worked out first. They were very thorough, including contacting a third-party specialist for reference. There were two doctors on site, as well as a nurse, as I recall. After about an hour of observation and treatment, they sent me away with a prescription as well as a bonus note for my employer explaining that I should take another day off for rest.
Even after all that, the doctor called me at home the next day to check on me. All that for an urgent care clinic was pretty impressive in my mind. I wouldn
t hesitate to go there again, or to recommend them to others.
