Michael's is the best dry cleaners I have ever used.
I have been using drycleaners for over 30 years. What makes Michael's so special is the customer service he provides. Any request is not a problem. He is always happy to get my items done the same day. His friendly demeanor even makes my 3 year old enjoy coming into his store. I even met a lady who drives all the way from Cle Elum just to use Michaels because she does not trust anyone else as much as Michael's.
We are lucky to have him in North Bend.

If I could give 10 stars I certainly would because this is the most fantastic business that I have ever done business with. I have used many dry cleaners over the years and the customer service at Michael's is beyond compare. I travel weekly in my job and have a very short turn around time to have my work clothes dry cleaned. Usually only one day. There have been times that Ive gotten distracted and forgotten to pick up my clothes. I will often get a reminder call and the owner will wait after hours until I get there. I can't imagine using any other dry cleaner after experiencing the phenomenal customer service at Michael's. Truly delightful.
As long as I live in North Bend, this will be the only cleaners I use.
I'm thrilled with the "over and above" service I've gotten. Of course, my clothes always come back looking great, but that's what I expect. A couple of weeks ago I had an important job interview coming up and my cat decided to show his displeasure with me on the jacket of my interview suit. I raced it down to Michael's and told them my story.
Initially the manager didn't think he could get it back to me in time for my interview the next day. But he called me a couple of hours later to tell me he'd found a way to get my jacket cleaned and that he would have it for my by 9:00 am. It looked (and smelled) perfect when I picked it up the next morning.
I also have my jeans shortened here and they do such a great job you can't tell they weren't the original hems.
