The manager is a very friendly person
He who will go out of her way to help you or answer any questions you might have. The website is okay to pay your monthly bill but if you need to find information about prices or the size of units, again its best to go in and talk to her. When you sign up it will take about 45 minutes or longer as it's easy to get caught up talking. You sign papers, make sure you call to find out what they need ahead of time, make a payment and then go find your unit. Its cheaper if you have your own lock. They do have a package deal of 2 packaged together but they usually run out of these. **update the new website to pay your bill is very user friendly and I really like it.
Service is great at this U-Haul place
I've only needed to use their services 2 times, but both experiences were amazing. I love how Shannon (the manager) works. She's fun, kind, silly, and yet very focused. She's knows her clients well and serves with a smile. A rarity these days, as many of you know. Sure, Uhaul has the market cornered. Sure, the pricing isn't ideal, but that's the nature of the game. If you gotta get a Uhaul, this is the place to get it because of the service. Service service service. Thanks Shannon!
