Brian was contentious and really cared about the job he was doing. He made the very dirty and badly stained near-white carpets in the home we bought look like brand new, and when one stain seeped back up as he said sometimes could happen he came back promptly and took care of it and a couple little spots I hadn't even noticed that happened when my son tracked something through the living room at no extra charge.
The pricing is more than fair, the owner is honest, and I would hire Valley Professional Cleaning again in a heartbeat. I have recommended them to several neighbors and each of them has had an equally great experience - though there are only 2 reviews on this site (including mine) at the time of writing this our local Facebook page *always* overflows with praise and high recommendations any time someone asks for a carpet cleaner, Brian Duncan works magic for carpets and does so using eco-friendly soap free cleaning solutions that leave no perfumey odor!
