Good But Stinky!
This is a Blimpie/Baskin Robbins place. At 7:20pm we were greeted with a vacuum and mop in the middle of the floor without anyone attending to them. We were there for a half an hour and the cleaning stuff was out the whole time. When we started eating our ice cream, they started mopping the floor. It smelled like ammonia (not very appetizing)! It wasn't like they were cleaning a spill, they were just cleaning. Aside from that the staff was friendly. They have limited ice cream choices because they share the space with Blimpies. However, considering that, they had an ice selection like Reese's Peanut Butter Cup and Heath Bar, etc. The ice cream was delicious. They do have tables and chairs outside but they were in use when we were there.
Quick lunch after soccer tournament.
My wife and daughter wanted to try Blimpie for a quick lunch on our way home from a soccer tournament. This was only their second time eating at Blimpie and the last time was quite a while ago. My wife ordered a wrap and my daughter ordered a pepperoni sandwich. They both said things were OK but they felt Subway offers better tasting food. The service was quick and great and the sit down area was clean. They just feel that Subway is better tasting. Not sure if we will be back to Blimpie.
