History of CLG Employer Resources
CLG Employer Resources, formerly JLR & Associates LLC, was founded as an independent agency specializing in all areas of employee benefit packages that meet the needs of today's employers.
Jim Rivetts, owner and president, began JLR & Associates in 1987 after leaving the Vice President position of a well-regarded national property/casualty brokerage house. As a licensed broker in the areas of Life, Disability, Health, and Property & Casualty, Jim focused his business only on group healthcare benefits to allow him to customize different approaches based on each individual client's needs.
In 2012 Jim's daughter, Holly, purchased the business and transitioned it into the company it is today, CLG Employer Resources. Holly lives in the Snoqualmie Valley with her husband and three children.
