Car lease services, auto repair in Tanner, Washington
45727 SE 140th St, North Bend, WA 98045
FCI is a family owned business that was started by Donald Bateman in 1971. We began working with police cars in 1976 as a leasing company. As Don's six sons got older, they started taking over more and more of the work that had previously been farmed out to other companies.
By 1985, we had a full shop set up to outfit the cars we leased to various municipalities. In addition, we started rebuilding the lease returns and selling or leasing them to smaller departments.
In 1990, Alan Bateman got more involved with the business and branched out to doing equipment installations for departments that bought their own cars.
In 1993, Mike Bateman started working with Alan. In 2003, we built our new shop in North Bend.
Although we are still a small business with just seven employees, we build an average of 200 police cars per year. The bulk of our business is in the state of Washington, but we also do work for departments in Oregon, Idaho, Montana and Alaska
Thanks guys, highly recommended.
These folks were nothing short of great, and provided all you could ever ask for in a storage facility. Clean unit, secure storage, locks and other supplies for sale on site, gated entry, video surveillance, good office hours, friendly staff, no contracts, and they even gave me money back for the portion of the last month that I didn't use. I made sure to wait till after moving out to write this in case anything came up, but they were as great to me in leaving as they were to me in moving in.
Fantastic care of my truck
I am a Search & Rescue volunteer. I have worked with FCI for about 14 years, having asked FCI to modify my SAR truck for both safety and function. They installed my radio systems, LED safety and warning lights, and other modifications to my dedicated SAR truck. Alan and Mike were patient and took fantastic care of my truck. I depend on safety lighting and mods in all kinds of treacherous weather, late at night, and in offroad transport with SAR teams depending on my rig to get them there and back again. There is a reason that police departments have them customize their vehicles.
