I started putting my money there because of all the fees and other nonsense from the big banks. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They've helped me for loans, wire transfers, and just my usual banking. Their loan process is very streamlined, and they are able to make decisions that the big banks cannot. Plus their rates are extremely competitive.
I have always had good customer service.
I have financed all my cars hear without any difficulty, good interest rate and quick turnaround time on the loans. I do all my banking on line too. Rates are good because they don't gouge you with fees and higher rates, etc. unlike banks. They are responsive to your phone calls. The credit union has remodeled for enhanced privacy which I never found to be problematic. If you talk loudly of course anyone will hear you.
